Finished my Recycled Bottle Picture Frames!

I just packed up my last picture frame! I had a huge order of 120 frames to get ready in a record time. Needless to say, my husband and I worked very late nights finishing up this project. Really happy that it is finished! Look at the frames in the photo below. This is just prior to adding our labels and the final touches before packing them up for shipping to sunny California!

Recycled Minimalist Ethnic Earrings

You will love these earrings!  The textured copper with the contrasting fine silver dot gives them a clean and yet ethnic feel.  The ear wire is made of .925 sterling silver.  Everything about these earrings are 100% handmade.  The copper I used is made of recycled copper sheet pieces.

I also made a matching pendant.  See my shoppe here for more of my creations.

New Victorian Antiqued Sterling Silver Spoon Earrings

I just added a pair of beautiful, antiqued, Victorian style spoon earrings in quality, .925 sterling silver.  I handmade the ear wires in sterling silver as well.

What I love about these earrings is the fact that they're somewhat long with awesome Victorian elegance.  I used the handle part of the spoon to create these beauties.  I wanted to add a unique look to them and so I very lightly hammered the center part of each one to create an icy effect, which turned out to be very cool.  I love to mix up different styles to create something surprisingly new.  Click here to see even more information on spoon and fork jewelry.  Click here to see cool thumb rings made of recycled, silver spoons.

New Recycled Bottle Bottom Dishes Made in New Brunswick

I just added to my Go-Green Collection by making a series of fused glass soap dishes/ candle holders out of recycled bottle bottoms.  These are an awesome collection; they are definitely conversation pieces.  These dishes can also double as coaster, men or women's jewelry dish, paperclip holder for your desk,  votive- holder, candle/pillar holder.  I've also made a couple of deeper dishes which can easily hold sauces, pot-pourri and that sort of thing.

Each bottle bottom is a unique item, reflecting the lines and curves in that particular bottle.  The colors always depend on the color of the bottle, naturally, but these here vary from beautiful, emerald green, light olive to deep olive.

You can see these new items in my Etsy store.
